hello, im a new user to paypal. a week ago, i made a transaction from paypal to my bank account. i entered an incorrect bank account number but the transaction took place. paypal shows the transaction has been "completed" but it dedcuted Rs 295 from my paypal account. now the balance is in negative for no reason. i'm trying to get my money refunded but there isn't any way. bad experience from paypal. pls resolve as soon as you can.
