Hello, I have a problem with my transactions from Paypal to Discover credit card. I pay Netflix monthly 9.99€ and I have been charged every month in USD on my billing info even though the currency is set to Euros. Also since they charge me in $ they take almost 1€ from me because 9.99€ is 10.38$ and I am paying 11.51$. What can I do to stop paying more than I have to or can you tell me the reason why I am paying more than I should. Thank you.
