Sue Paypal for holding funds?

I have opened my account for more than a year and have perfect record here and at ebay. I understand that Paypal would hold funds for new sellers or someone with risks. But after more than 100 transactions and no problem, Paypal just held three of my funds yesterday with no obvious reasons. They relieved ten of my funds during the last two weeks, which made me wonder why they started to held my funds again.

Paypal has all these blah blah blah to hold funds, but to me, they do this out of greed.

Has anyone started to sue Paypal for this improper business conduct? What can I do to stop their stupid behavior that really <removed> up their valued customer? I really hope Paypal goes to hell.

Ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies and have 2 separate policies for holding funds for 'new sellers' OR for other reasons.

If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds.

Normally for Ebays hold funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days (if you use Ebay / paypal postage).

Info in this Ebay link below about Ebays hold.
