Shipping -hold on payment

Hi i have a question I sold an item on ebay and i put the wrong tracking number in Now the item has been delivered And the payment still on hold What to do ? Thank you

Try going to the PayPal transaction details and see if there is a way to update the tracking number.

If not, either wait the full 21 days for PayPal to release it or ask the buyer to click "confirm receipt" button on the PayPal transaction on their end if possible to release the funds sooner but the customer won't until they've received their item.
