I have sent money to someone but haven’t received my item and have been blocked, I try to file a report but I don’t get the option to report such a crime

That means you sent money as friends and family and there are no refunds or buyer protection. You essentially sent a "gift" payment which is why the seller just disappeared as there is no incentive or obligation to fulfill order. Always send goods and services payment when making purchase, that way you'll have buyer protection should other party tries to avoid sending your order.

If you paid by credit card, you may see if you can dispute it with your card issuer, but no guarantees.
