I tried to withdraw my money to an approved bank account for more than three weeks. The customer service guys (every time somebody new) gave me stupid advices, like wait 24h, one of them asked me to send again documentations to prove my ID, another suggested wait 72h, etc. The latest suggestion was even better, customer service lady suggested me to Travel to Slovakia, where the company registered. Im Living in Hungary.... The error message says that “something wrong happened, try later”!!! I asked Customer service escalate my case to higher level, but nothing happened. I dont want to believe that it can happens. Please give me an advice, what to do.

My plan is to send my story to financial portals, and at the same time go to the official forums with the help of attorneys.
