So I have fully verified PayPal account. I have sent them my ID, proof of residence etc. 2 days ago I went to withdraw 20€ to my bank account.
It said because of some verification process it will take 24 hours for the transaction to go through. Thats fine 24 hours went by and 20€ got deposited on my account. I have been using account regularly and withdrawing pretty much each day. Now for some reason when I tried withdrawing 220€ it says "Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." If I try withdrawing Standard way then it says "Things dont appear to be working right now."
2 days have passed and I'm still facing same error. Unable to withdraw my funds. I tried doing smaller amounts but same problem.
