Hi my funds have been on hold and I’ve shipped the item and it has been delivered but I think the buyer has blocked me on Facebook will I still receive the money

Are the funds actually showing in your paypal account balance but on hold or not showing at all?

Sadly then your money is not on hold is it if you have been scammed?

Sounds as if the transaction was not done on paypal but via spoof / fake paypal emails unfortunately.
