“Right now, we’re not able to process this transaction”

I have a payment that was sent to my account about 30 minutes ago. I went to transfer it to my bank like always & it just says, “Right now, we are not able to process this transaction”. I don’t know why as I’ve never had this issue before. I deleted my old credit card and made sure all my info is accurate and up to date... it still won’t let me accept my money. I’ve heard waiting a few days ((sometimes)) foxes this issue but it can reoccur .. not really fond of the idea of not being able to utilize instant transfer? HELP!! What can I do to resolve this and transfer my money into my bank?
