Refund time

So I recently had a payment refunded on my PayPal (around 14 hours ago). The refund went directly to my bank, and on my PayPal statement it says completed, however the money is not in my account, I'm worried I've been scammed.

Can take a few days before it shows up in your bank account once marked completed.

Completed just means paypal have completed the request to send the refund to your bank, not that it is actually in your bank yet.
