I’ve never used PayPal before and I posted something on letgo for sale and the person said they paid but there was a hold on the payment till I provide shipping information I would like to know what emails PayPal uses because the email looks fake that was sent please Help

i looked at some emails from friends who have had payments on PayPal and their emails and email address look completely different
