Hi, I recently created a paypal account. After selling something through PayPal, that transaction's funds are on hold for 21 days until I can access them. I believe this is because I'm a new user and need to build a positive history.
However, If I were to upgrade my account to a business account, would I lose the money I have on hold? What would happen to it?
