Why is my payment pending? It said it's because I haven't sold anything in awhile so it's not letting me get my money.

Hi, on behalf of PayPal we apologize for the inconvenience. I just want to give you some pro-tips regarding on sending money. We have 2 ways, one is sending to Friends and Family option, the other one is sending to a Goods and Services. If your friend used the first option, there will be no fee but if they sent it using the second option, PayPal will collect the fix rate fee of 2.9% plus .30 USD of a transferred amount. And it will stay on hold until 21 calendar days. I know that this is not your fault. Kindly ask your sender if the money was sent as Friends and Family. You sender can still change it by refunding the funds back to your sender and have them send it to Friends and Family. Refund will show on your senders account 3-5 days once its complete. Thank you and stay safe.
