Trying to transfer funds from PayPal account to a debit VISA card.
PayPal always says "Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later".
Checked my limits: withdrawal limit is only 500 USD. I tried to withdraw 490 USD. No luck.
What should I do other than contacting a support? Maybe I am doing something wrong?
