Problem with add IBAN

Hello, 

please can you help me? 

I have a problem with add my bank account - IBAN.

If I want to withdraw my money, PayPal want add IBAN. When I add IBAN, PayPal write : Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.

I don´t know, how I can withdraw my money..

Sorry can't help you. You have not shown what country you are in on your profile OR said what country you are in. As Paypal is country specific then we can't advise without knowing that information.

Hi, thanks for your answer. I'm from Slovakia. If I want add IBAN, there is the list with supported countries and Slovakia is there. In the past I withdraw a lot of money and sent it to this same IBAN moretimes. And I never had any problems . Thanks and have a nice day, Lucia.
