Hi iam having an issue . Iam from egypt i created the paypal account and activated it . Attatched a cib (bank) credit card . I want to order an item from ebay and sent it to kuwait . So far i have made a about 10 orders . Every order the money has turned to paypal from my cib account . And the transaction status os pending . The 10th orders also the same status . Just few days paypal emails me to revers the mony and enter my cib account again . Plz can i know where is the issue . Ia the issue in egypt with paypal or what ?? Regards
