Hi there, I sold an item on 12th November via PayPal for the first time on 12th November. The funds are still on hold despite confirmation that they should be released by 26th November (today) however they’re still on hold. I have tried to call the customer service numbers multiple times but each number either fails or doesn’t connect. I asked the Live chat and it once again confirmed that the funds are due to be released today but they’re still on hold in my account. If someone could help, it would be much appreciated! Thank you.
