Paypal fund in pending even after order status was changed to processed

Please help me out. I'm a freelancer and I just received a fund from one of my buyers that I render a Chat bot service for, infact it was stated in his message to me. However, the fund is put in pending. I changed the order status to processed, but I don't know why it's still in pending. Is there any other thing I need to do, or my buyer has to do?

Hi @Emmanuel,

Thank you for your post! I understand you have questions about holds on your account. I am sorry to hear the funds are still pending. Here's an article that explains the most common reasons holds are placed. You can also refer here for how to release funds on hold. If you have any other questions, you can reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.

I hope this helps!
