I have a problem when paying with PayPal, the card which is connected to PayPal account is a prepaid and its currency is USD, but every time I pay for a service or a product with paypal it converts the payment into my local currency then it charges me an exchange rate and I don't know why or what the problem is and there is no option to stop this from happening.
I think PayPal solved the issue when paying once for something and gave us the option to choose between local currency or USD, but when connecting my PayPal account to a service, for example MyUs, payments are automatically done and I cannot and do not have the option to change currencies.
