Hello Paypal company, I made a mistake sending money to the wrong person and I admit my mistake. This is my mistake and I want to get my money back please help me
If its marked as pending or unclaimed it would time out 30 days post payment IF it does not complete.
If theres a cancel option then use it.
If its marked as SENT / PAYMENT or COMPLETE then you can open a dispute for non receipt of item (as that person has nothing to send you) and you should get a refund as long as you did NOT use the friends/family option.
