Payment on hold

Hi, 

My tenant paid me rent on PP and it is on hold. I saw that you could put order processed and get them to confirm but every time I try to do that I get an error message saying that they're having technical issues and sorry for the inconvenience. This has been happening for 48hrs now. Anyone else ever experienced this?
