Payment on hold

I wanted to send money to a friend as a gift without me knowing that I was using the payment method therefore the money is on hold, going to the activity the cancellation option is not there. How will I get the money back?

You don't have the friends/family option in your country so all payments go as goods/services.

So the funds would probably be on hold under the new seller hold and released at 21 days as no tracking number would be applicable.
