Payment on hold, digital goods was delivered a month ago

So it says that I will get the payment 1 day after the order has been delivered, but it was delivered a month ago (to this day). There's no way to state it was delivered on my end. I tried emailing Paypal but I just got an automated email back telling me about holds. Is there anything I can do?

Hi,

It’s released 1 day after delivery with added tracking number for PayPal to confirm. Digital goods, you mark as Processed and then ask buyer to confirm receipt. Since it’s been a month, keep on asking PayPal to manually release funds:

1) https://www.paypal.com/no/smarthelp/contact-us

2) Click Betalinger

3) Click Reservert eller forestående betaling

4) Click Send melding til oss eller Ring oss  etter "Denne informasjonen kan hjelpe" boks
