I used paypal service for the first time and my friend in Luxembourg sent me amount of 4065 euros for online personal training. As per guidance of paypal i marked as order processed. But i got an email that my money is kept on hold for 21 days. Even though they charged fkn 211 euros for the transaction and after that keeping money on hold for 21 days. Is it legitimate to hold someones money for so long even after sender confirmation on mail?. Is it legal to hold anyone's money for more than 7 days? Please respond and please make ur app user friendly nothing works in the app. Amd give me my money ASAP.
