Payment for item pending

How do I get paid for my item when the payment is pending? I have marked the item as sent, but still no money.

Is this only on the ebay.com? I sold an item on ebay.de and no problem to get my money.

People here are supposed to be the Paypal support, but why no answer?
Got lots of silly badges, but I would like an answer.

Both PayPal and eBay have policies that may place either all payments received on hold due to selling history or feedback or sometimes a one off payment hold might occur if there is additional risk associated with a specific transaction. In both cases, the hold is designed to release automatically with valid tracking and confirmation of delivery, but would be held a maximum of 21 days without any tracking information provided. These kind of holds or Funds Availability is a standard industry practice to allow a seller to build experience and positive reputation with their buyers.
