Hallo.. i have problems with my payment.. so my bank account value was 0 € .. and i did buy stuff in Amazon using PayPal . And now my PayPal is -128 € .. i want to pay this price.. so i put to 200€ in my banck account so can PayPal take that 128 € from my account.. but they didn't.. so now i am afraid that they will give me a punishment.. what should i do ?
