Payment On Hold

Hello guys, I just wanna ask if theres a way to accelerate or to activate as soon as possible the on hold payments I received from my friends? Because I searched in google and it says 21 days before claiming. I also asked my friend if he can check if there are options to immediately activate or confirm the payment to make it un hold, but he can't see anything. Can you guys help me? Because I really need the money as soon as possible and my friend didn't know how to immediately un hold the payment.

Mark the transaction as processed then the sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
