Paying with paypal funds

Hi

i'm having a trouble paying with PayPal 

i have about 3 euros in my credit card and 4 dollars in my Paypal balance so i want to purchase a 5 dollar gift card but i surprised that i can't 

i tried to transfer the Paypal balance to my card but it requires at least 5.01 dollars 

any solution please?
