PayPal put hold on bank withdrawal

I've been using PayPal for years now with no problems at all. My account is flawless. Today I tried to withdraw money into my bank and it said I could have to wait THREE DAYS! Usually it's instant. Why?? I am in the UK.

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.
