PayPal not being able to process my transfer right now. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi everyone, 

 

I am trying to transfer funds from my PayPal account to my bank account but PayPal is not being able to go through the process. The same thing happened yesterday which I find strange. 

 

Is this something that is happening to others?

I am sorry about your issue. This may happen for multiple reasons such as an unresolved issue on your account, due to our internal security system or if there is a technical issue. Please, check your 'Resolution Centre' and clear cache and cookies before trying again.
