Guys. I have sold an item using PayPal, and PayPal confirmed they received payment. Item was revived by Buyer. PayPal system keeps looping me to notification centre advising me that the payment won’t be released until I am a proven good seller? I have no intentions to use PayPal again, and all of my requests to PayPal remain unanswered. How do I contact PayPal, and communicate with a real person?
