PayPal Transfer (Denied)

I have been trying to transfer money from my PayPal account to my Credit Card (Visa) for like 10 days now, and it keeps pending then (Denied).

 

I always tried to contact the PayPal supporters but i can't reach em for some reasons!

I even tried to email em, but they replayed with (we sent you in your inbox in PayPal account) but i checked notifications, and i got nothing!

 

All i need to know is, what should i do to make the transfer words from my PayPal account to my linked Credit Card (Visa)

It's prepared already btw.

They are not replaying on the Facebook, or in Email, and also here you delete my email, what kind of service is it, that i can't get my money!

 

My request is really simple, fix my PayPal account so i can transfer money from PayPal account balance to linked Credit Card (Visa)

 

In the whole PayPal community, there's not a single human that can help me ?! for real

 

I really don't get it, first time i joined PayPal i thought it's the best and a lot of words from my friends, now i really don't get it, was it a trick ?!

 

Please someone check my PayPal account please i need to transfer money, if you u have cash for your own life, i don't have any because i can't transfer the money, fix the issue please

 

I even tried some paid customer service online since there's no customer service at PayPal and they couldn't help too

 

If you guys don't fix this to me and u decided to keep me suffering because are just lazy to fix my PayPal account issue, i will just report that everywhere, i will make sure that story reach as much as possible of people, to make sure that no one stuck in my place later.

 

30 days of suffering and the replays with "check the way i provided" for real if i can use it, i wouldn't be here!

 

i tried, and they are not replaying back they are not! please understand that, they are not replaying back.

Hi @AlyGotAQuestion,

 

I understand the frustration that you haven't had a reply in the time that you've waited. If you've been asked to wait for a specialist, the wait may be longer than a day. If you have not yet supplied your email address on the Facebook or Twitter conversation thread, you can save a little time by sending that information now while you wait. The representative will see that information when your conversation comes up in queue and will be able to investigate right away.

NOTE: i tried in Arabic language, same still

 

So ?! what is going on!

Hi @AlyGotAQuestion,

 

What Twitter handle are you sending messages to? If you're communicating with the @AskPayPal handle in English but using a translator in between Twitter and yourself, it's possible that there is an error in translation that is causing you to respond with terms that the bot can't understand. For instance, if the term that the bot is asking you to say is a word like "Denied" and you respond instead with a term that is not actually "Denied" but means the same thing, the bot may not understand. That may be delaying the communication and preventing you from getting the help you need. Please see what happens if you switch off the translation and work in English using only the terms that the bot provides.

Interesting, that i can receive thousands of replays from you to explain to me how to chat the BOT

 

When you can instead fix the PayPal transfer issue

 

or just do it for me, because if you can understand me, i don't care about the BOT

 

The bot is broken, i am sure i am answering the question in English, just like he want

but simply it's broken

 

I even saw the comments of others on the Facebook page, all of them saying that the BOT is broken, so

 

Why don't we use humans instead ?! like any normal company, for real PayPal should be a huge company and using bots ?! for real ?!

 

Why can't you help me instead of that BOT

if you can't, then report it to the one who can, you know more than me "should" , so simply do it

 

for real i see your replays like you are helping, when you are not, u are like messaging, i don't need messages

find the issue

solve it

Please stop telling me where to chat, because i am already there on every platform trying to communicate 1 single human from PayPal but seems like all of them are BOTS AND BOTS

i need a solve as fast as possible, my life needs it, i hope you understand what money means for your customers since you are a money company.

Like any normal supporter in the world. i am not asking for a favor or so!

 

If PayPal want to steal my money, just let me know, so i can start take my actions, but do not keep me like this.
