PayPal - Mpesa Services

Hi Community,

Usually when I withdraw from PayPal to Mpesa, the service email normally I get reads;  "You authorized a payment to TransferTo Mobile Financial Services Ltd " But today when I do the same, the email reads; "You authorized a payment to THUNES "

So did PayPal stop collaborating with TransferTo Mobile Financial Services Ltd and now collaborating with THUNES in the PaPal-Mpesa service?? Or THUNES are just scammers?? I need to know this urgently because the transaction is pending and will be complete after 24 hrs.

Help please.

I understand your concern regarding this withdrawal. Please be advised that THUNES is the new trading name for Mpesa and you will see this on your account going forward.
