I withdrew money from PayPal. I expected it to be deposited into my account within 2 hours. However, Safaricom sent me a message informing me that the transaction had failed. When i check my PayPal account, the cash has been deducted and the status is pending. I want to know if anyone else has experienced this inconvenience and how it was resolved.

PayPal is a pain to deal with. I suggest you try other payment options... I only use PayPal when it's the last option I could use on earth... They don't care... And their agents aren't well trained to handle any issues.
