I received payment from a friend which PayPal put on hold. It was not our first time, how come PayPal held the fund just now? And how long will they release it? Sender is very much willing to confirm so the fund will be released immediately but she cannot find a 'Confirm Receipt' button. I have a small business which I cannot afford to put on hold. I have Suppliers to pay. PayPal do something please.
