So I am very new to PayPal and kind of confused what to do to receive my money.
I have sold my software license for 3 people so far,and since it is software license no shipping involved.
I can see the whole payment I've received on my account but it is on hold,I've read some articles saying that I can make it faster to be approved if I add tracking information and such, but as I said before the payment is for monthly software license, there is no tracking information to add.
If I read it correctly,I have to wait for up to 21 days at maximum to get my funds,Is this correct?
Or since it is not ebay related, will it be shorter than 21 days? if so how long do you think it will take?
And I can just leave it as it is without taking any other action, and I will eventually get my money as long as my customers don't dispute/chargeback,right?
I know this is probably something I should ask PayPal customer service, but it's been already 3 days since the first email I sent and they haven't responded me yet.
I hope someone is more experienced than I am can answer my questions.

Click the Add Tracking Info button anyway to select an order status. Its not just only for adding tracking info. 🙂 Mark the transaction as "Order Processed".
"If I read it correctly, I have to wait for up to 21 days at maximum to get my funds, Is this correct?"
Yes, that is correct but you can ask the buyer/sender to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release the funds, if the option is available for them, AFTER you select/update order status.
Here are the steps they need to follow to confirm receipt (note, that this option may not be available for some countries):
1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item or service.
3. Click Confirm Receipt.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
***Not all transactions require receipt confirmation.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
