No e-mail?

Last Feb 2nd, I transferred my funds into my bank account and got surprised as to why I haven't received an e-mail about it. Normally, I would get an e-mail saying that Paypal is now processing the transfer to my bank account, on the same day I've done the transfer. I haven't changed my e-mail nor my bank account, everything was the same. What's the best thing should I do? Should I wait for 5-7 days for this? What could be the reason why I haven't received it?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your confirmation email. These emails are automatically sent so you should have received it. I would recommend checking your spam/junk folder in case it went in there.
