I have bought some stuff £35 online and use PayPal to pay the order, however, I received the email said" This is a temporary authorisation to make sure your funding source will cover the payment. Your funding source will be charged when NET-A-PORTER completes your order." and
"You submitted an order in the amount of £35.00 GBP to NET-A-PORTER.

I tried twice, it failed twice, so I received 2 emails like that, and I have been taken 35x2=£70. At the third time, I used my bank card to pay it directly, it succeeded. I have contacted the merchant, it said, there is only one order which is my third-time payment. Paypal shows the first two times money is the pending transactions, how can I take the money back as soon as possible? I need this money urgently. Also, there is no Cancel Payment button I can click on the PayPal webpage. Could you please help me? Thank you.
