Hi. I woukd like to ask if how i can add money to paypal? I dont have bank account. Or maybe there's a otherway to put money. I have charges to fee to i can recieved money. There's anyone can help me how i can do? Please guide me or something. Thanks

Not all countries are able to add money so if you have a negative balance, you make a payment with a credit card and PayPal adds the negative amount to the amount you pay. Or you can ask someone to send you money to your PayPal balance.

But it seems like someone is asking you to pay some money in order to receive money and that is not how PayPal works and is suspicious...are you sure its not as scam?

PayPal does not ask you to pay money in order to receive money. If someone sends you money, PayPal automatically deducts any PayPal fees and what is left over goes into your account fairly instantly except when PayPal put a hold on it but your account still say payment is received.  Again, be careful of scams.

Are you trying to add a card to your PayPal account?

No. He ask my link on paypal, and he was going send me money and that's what he screenshot to me.
