Hi all I'm new to PayPal and Sunday I sold a handbag, the buyer paid immediately but because I'm new PayPal withheld payment until buyer confirms he's received it. I contacted buyer yesterday and informed him that delivery would be today but no reply, I added the tracking details to my PayPal account as proof of postage, today delivery was attempted but no one was in so now it's in the buyers local sorting office, where do I stand with this as I'm now left with no money and no item, I've tried to contact buyer again today but no reply. Can anyone advise please?
Thank you for your post! The payment will release a day after the successful delivery of the package, or after 21 days, whichever comes first. Delivery to the sorting office would not be a successful delivery yet. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
