My Payment from Customer is On Hold Since 12/14/19-I Can't Provide Shipping Info

I sold a sectional couch online to a customer in another state, on December 14th. She paid through Shipit.com to have 2 people drive to me to pick it up to deliver to her. My payment has been received BUT PENDING ON HOLD since then, and states that if no disputes, it should be available after 21 days.

 

I have no way to provide shipping info or proof that the customer received the couch, and when I ask her to confirm that she received the product on Paypal, she does not know how to do so.

 

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! I do not use Paypal and need these funds asap for a security deposit on my upcoming move.

You can mark the item as shipped in your PayPal transaction details, and that should open up the capability for the buyer to go into the transaction details on their side, and acknowledge receipt of the item. That should allow the payment to be completed.
