Money received but my balance says 0.00

I have recently received payments from eBay sales which show on my account under activity but my balance says zero. Any suggestions I’d be grateful.

Do you see an amount in a Pending Balance? Or do you see "On Hold" in red for these payments? When you click on the transactions, does it say Ok to ship?

Perhaps clear your browser cache, cookies and restart device and log on again to see if it shows the (available or pending) balance. If problem persists, ring up customer service to confirm the payments before shipping:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
