I'm having an issue with money being put on hold. Im new to PayPal and the money someone sent me is on hold. They paid me for personal reasons but they arent recieving any package so there is no tracking number I can submit to recive my money sooner! What can I do I get my money sooner than 21 days?
Sender sent you a commercial payment in error. Have to remember train personal payment senders to select correct payment type under the amount field during the payment process.
What you do now is click on the transaction, then click "Add Tracking" and select an order status (Order Processed) and then contact sender to "Confirm Receipt" on their end to release the funds to you.
