I am trying to make a payment to a merchant online, time sensitive, and I have enough in my available balance, but it keeps declining saying not enough funds. I have several currencies that I operate in, so I think that might be the problem?? The money that is in my account is in GBP, not USD. But don't they just automatically convert that? I'm new to all this. I went to close all of my currencies, becuase it's just too much of a pain, and that doesn't work either.. What do I do??!

The currency in your balance has to be in the correct currency for the person you are paying.
Paypal will convert it only if you fund it via your card or bank account.
