Instant transfer to debt card not working

I've transferred money to my debit card a ton in the past. Now suddenly today, my debit card isn't listed as available to transfer to.  Did PayPal change this feature? Their help was absolutely no help!!!!

Hello, @Candipaige1. I hope the situation with your debit card not being listed on the Transfer page has been resolved. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

In addition to what @sharpiemarker mentioned about the expiration date, it's possible your card issuer made some changes which blocked PayPal's ability to use the card (please check with them for more information) or it's possible PayPal's Security System determined the card could not be used for that particular withdrawal

If your card issuer made some changes, they may be able to adjust things so the card will work in PayPal's System again. If PayPal's Security System took steps to block the use of the card, that's usually a temporary condition. Logging out of everything on your computer, deleting the cookies and temporary internet files and re-starting your system often helps clear up the situation.
