All of my Transfers of being refused, is this happening to anybody else, or does anybody know why?

I have an available balance.

I have a linked Visa Debit card.

Every transfer from Paypay to my Debit Card results in this error:

There’s a problem

Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction.

And when I check my transfer section it states - Refused – Instant transfer using card
