Instant Transfer to bank

I instant transferred money into my bank account and I got an email that even said the money should be in your bank now with the transaction number and everything. I went to the bank and nothing was in there! I paid extra for it and I’ve been waiting for over an hour. The bank said to call paypal so I did and then the PayPal customer service person said it’s the banks problem. I don’t know what to do?? That was the only money I had and it doesn’t seem to show up. I keep checking my balance and nothing is changing.

Arrival times are estimated.

 

Once transfer is marked complete by PayPal, it means that your transfer request has been processed. When the actually bank posts your transfer in your account is on them. The bank does not notify PayPal when funds are in your account. Need to re-read the wording of that email. "Should" does not mean "it is".
