How to accept money on this US account if all my bank info is Canadian?

In short, the account was created while I resided in California, never linked any cards or banks. Recently moved to Canada and all cards and banks are Canadian. This account has accumulated payments from WooCommerce, and I cannot seem to figure out how to access them since I'm unable to verify any of my cards (due to the address). Is there a way to somehow confirm those pending payments or transfer the money to another PayPal account.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.

The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts.
