I need urgent help

I had a payment and has been placed on hold ..the customer has receive the item and has verified it but have not got the money in my main account for over a week now after verification SBD its HSS been over two weeks since I got the transaction

I am sorry to know about the payment hold on your account. I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. Whenever you receive the payment via goods/services you’ll have access to your pending payment after a maximum of 21 days, to ensure a safer and secure environment.
