I cannot transfer money from paypal to Halifax debit card account (UK).

Hello. I have £1000 in paypal account, and it won't let me transfer to my Halifax current account. Desperate for the funds. Can anybody help?

I am having this problem to i am with Halifax used the same card for ages then all of a sudden its saying

These can’t be used for transfers

Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet. been saying that for the past week when i tried to transfer funds
